I was off campus today for a meeting at the Tech Center in Anderson. Got a lot of work done but a sub wore my labcoat, so it's a wash.
The chemistry students began the filtering of the 2.00 grams of solid they made yesterday. That solid will now dry over the break and when we get back on Monday, December 2nd, we will weigh the solid and see how close we are to 2.00 grams.
The AP Biology students worked on their homework assignment that is due on the Monday we get back. These loyal students also showed up to the Achievement Period to meet the fruit flies. Alas, the fruit flies were delivered late and didn't show up until 5th period. Oh well, we'll begin the Fly Lab when we return.
So, everyone have a great break and Thanksgiving and remember what the wise pilgrim said on that fateful Thursday thousands of years ago..."Hey Martha! Where's the remote? The Packer game is almost on!"
Something like, "Which end is the head?" or "Staring contest. Go!"
