Day 56

11/1/2016

The first day of November means that the school year is 14/45ths of the way complete. Only 31/45ths to go!
The AP Biology students had their quiz on the material from Chapter 15 stuff.  Nondisjunction, sex-linked traits and recombinants were the subjects of the quiz.  Afterwards, the students met in their fly groups (which means both cool and fruit flies) and predicted what the F2 flies should look like. Get it?
The Chemistry students finished their review of the material from Unit 3, Chemical Bonding. Stuff like electronegativity, nonpolar covalent bonds and valence electrons were discussed calmly and maturely.
