Day 46

10/18/2016

46 is my favorite number. I just thought you should know.
The AP Biology students continued their initial look at genetic crosses and how they apply to Mendel's ideas. We did a dihybrid cross and we talked about the inheritance pattern of human blood types. Genetics is great, isn't it? You bet it is.
The Chemistry students completed the second part of the Ionic Compound Lab today.  The students tested 3 different solutions with a variety of dissolved ions therein. The students tested the unknowns for the presence of iron, chloride, sulfate and calcium ions.
