Day 31

9/27/2016

What a great day here at West Valley.  At least I think it was. I'm so wrapped up in this Netflix thing, I really couldn't say.
The AP Biology students work on the data analysis section of Activity A of the Cell Respiration Lab. So that means we graphed the corrected values from both the germinating peas and dry peas. After we were finished with that, the students discussed what they would do for the Inquiry Section of the lab where the students get to design and perform their own experiments.
The Chemistry students got a huge amount of really important chemistry stuff. It all had to do with the number of valence electrons that hang out in the outermost energy level of an atom. You can explain almost anything knowing where electrons are. Things like electronegativity and ionization energy can be understood knowing where those electrons are.
