Day 41

You know what's weird? That one kid who hangs out by the pine tree near the library.
The AP Biology finished the Photosynthesis Lab today by completing the analysis of the data that was obtained yesterday.  And guess what?  It looks like the data was pretty good.  Cuvette #3 showed increasing transmittance over time which is exactly what we expected. Yay!!
The Biology students defined genes and DNA as part of the introduction to genetics.  We also watched some more of Gattaca.  Will Vincent/Jerome get to go to Titan?  Who killed the Mission Director? Will Irene ever find love?  We'll find out soon.
The Chemistry students reviewed the process of naming ionic compounds and predicting the formulas of ionic compounds.  We also previewed the next lab we are going to do.  It's called the Water Testing Lab.  Should be fun!
