Day 136

3/23/2016

I'm pretty much ready for a week off.  How about you?
The AP Biology students wrapped up their review of the material that will be represented on the Biodiversity Exam which will be given tomorrow.  I wonder how many students will walk into the room and ask for the exam to be given on Friday? I predict 4.
The Biology students checked out the bacteria and mold growth on the agar plates for a second day. It's pretty nasty. Those plates from the gyms are particularly gross. Anywho, we also took samples from brave Connor's hand and my own mouth.  We will culture these samples and see what appears.
The Chemistry students used iPads today in order to utilize an app called GasLaws HD.  The app explores the relationship between volume and pressure (Boyle's Law) and volume and temperature (Charles' Law). We will finish that up tomorrow.
