Day 121

3/2/2016

Wednesday already? Seems fast despite March's reputation of dragging on and on and on.
The AP Biology students discussed the wonderful world of Protists! Paramecium, malaria and amoebic dysentery! Sounds awesome. With the wrap on "microorganisms", we will soon begin our extensive look at the fantastic world of animals.
The Biology students continued their big ol' review of evolution by going through a bunch of sample questions via a PowerPoint thing Mr. Button did for them.  Hopefully, this will lead to student success tomorrow.
The Chemistry students began the Gas Unit by visiting the hypothetical Planet X where there is no atmosphere.  Does a vacuum work there?  How about a suction cup? What about a syringe?  We'll find out!
